We are pleased to announce that Inpute Technologies has been acquired by Barrow Active.
Inpute was founded in 2000 and specialises in digitisation and process automation software with offices in Dublin, London and Wroclaw Poland.
For the past twenty years, Inpute has used its in-house technical capabilities and experience to deploy digital solutions for many of Ireland’s semi-states, government departments, large global corporates and private businesses. These solutions have helped customers to improve their organisational efficiency, reduce operational costs and ensure compliance.
Aidan Bailey will be stepping down from his role as Chairman after founding the company in 2000. Chris Howard continues as CEO alongside his highly experienced management team and staff. Morgan McElligott will join as Executive Director and work alongside the Inpute team to help deliver further growth.
Chris Howard, CEO of Inpute, said today:
“We are delighted to enter this next stage in our development with Barrow Active. This will allow Inpute to accelerate our growth plans and to create new partnerships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders across Europe.”
