Transform 2020 was the title of Inpute’s latest client seminar held in the Westin Hotel, in Dublin in late November.
A packed room heard from a range of experts on a wide variety of topics including electronic signatures, case management, portals, capturing data using AI and advanced OCR using web and mobile applications with case studies presented by AXA Ireland and Datafinity, who are based in South Africa.
The primary focus of November event was to showcase the main trends that have emerged in digital transformation strategies and to highlight areas where our clients could benefit by accelerating their business processes.
Attendees at the seminar included senior figures from our clients, including government departments, large enterprise organisations and SME business leaders.
Following a technology update from Inpute CEO Chris Howard, Rebecca Harris and Dignified Sorinolu-Bimpe from Adobe outlined the features and capabilities of an eSignature solution along with discussing their legal standing across Europe.
The AXA Ireland case study offered those in attendance an insight into how Inpute have worked closely with AXA for the last ten years on several different projects. However, there was a primary focus on their learnings from deploying an integrated OCR and RPA solution within the finance department in AXA.
Paul Wright of Datafinity joined us remotely to demonstrate how they have deployed an integrated RPA, workflow and case management solution to streamline the processes of house contraction in Australia.
There were also demonstrations and presentations from the Inpute team on case management, web portals and mobile capture solutions.
The morning concluded with a lunch over which engaging discussions continued. If you were unable to attend the event, you can view the presentation slides upon request. Get in touch to discover how your company can benefit from digital transformation.
