With the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation developing quickly, we believe it’s important to address how Inpute is responding to the outbreak. The health and safety of our clients, partners and employees is our top priority and following health official guidelines will be paramount in containing the spread of this virus.
Business Continuity and Operational Framework
Inpute has invested heavily in an IT infrastructure that is designed to be resilient, robust and support our operations in Europe and in Canada. As a result, our infrastructure supports flexible working designed to ensure that we are not dependent on any one location. Remote working has always been a strong element of our operations in Ireland, Poland and in Canada. In light of the current situation, we have transferring
to a remote working model.
Over the past few days our staff have transitioned from working in our offices to working from home. Given our IT and telecoms environment, there is no difference in terms of the support and project work we provide.
Onsite meetings with clients and suppliers will be moved to video & conference calls using our Zoom and WebEx environments and project and support work will be operated remotely.
Supporting our clients, suppliers and colleagues I encourage you to reach out to us if you have any concerns and equally if there is any way in which we can assist your organisation during these challenging times. The platforms that we have installed in most of our client’s sites can be leveraged to support remote and flexible working.
Inpute has been planning for current situation we all find ourselves in, without a drop in the level of service and project work we provide to all our clients. Our support, sales, projects and back office teams remain contactable via our helpdesk number, direct dial numbers, support portal and via firstname.lastname@example.org
If you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me or any member of our team.
