All HR related documents are imported into a single repository via document scanning, fax capture, e-mail or other means. Data is extracted by means of a look up menus and assigned to a workflow process which can be accessed and reviewed by multiple users. Validation is achieved by way of pre-defined criteria and incomplete information is retained separately awaiting completion. Once completed the approval process for any set of actions will automatically trigger a further work flow process. These processes can be applied in multiple scenarios in the HR function from recruitment, appraisals, training, promotions and leave management.
